split ratio 1:2 - 1:5 (subcultivation in14-18 days), optimal population density 2.0-4.0x104 cells/cm2

cryoconservation - growth medium, 10% DMSO, 2.0-3.0๕106 cells/ml in ampule

Viability after cryoconservation: 80% (0 passage, dye trypan blue)

Sterility: tests for bacteria, fungi and mycoplasma were negative

Species: karyological analysis

Karyology: 2n= 46, variability in the range between 34-41 chromosomes, modal number

of chromosomes 40, number of markers - 11 and 13 (2 clones) (differential dye),

 number of polyploid cells 14%.

Plating efficiency: 2% (ATCC)

Tumorigenicity: tumorigenic in nude mice
