cryoconservation - medium 199 70%, BS 20%, glycerol 10%, 2.0-5.0106 cells/ml in ampule

Viability after cryoconservation: 70-80% (0 passage, dye trypan blue)

Sterility: tests for bacteria, fungi and mycoplasma were negative

Species: karyological and isoenzymological (LDH, G6PD) analysis

Karyology: 2n= 46, variability in the range between 60-73 chromosomes, modal number

of chromosomes 66, number of markers - 4 specific for Hela - N 1, 2, 3, 4, G-banding),

number of polyploid cells 6.0%.
