cryoconservation - medium - 199 70% + BS 20% or EMEM 70% + FBS 20%,
glycerol 10%, 2.0-3.0õ106 cells/ml in ampule
Viability after cryoconservation: 88% (0 passage, dye trypan blue)
Sterility: tests for bacteria, fungi and mycoplasma were negative
Species: karyological and isoenzymological (LDH, G6PD) analysis
Karyology: 2n= 46, variability in the range between 40-64 chromosomes, modal number of chromosomes 58-59,
number of markers - 13 (3 - specific for Hela - N 1, 3, 4, G-banding), number of polyploid cells 8.0%.
