Viability after cryoconservation: 82% (0 passage, dye trypan blue)

Sterility: tests for bacteria, fungi and mycoplasma were negative

Species: karyological analysis

Karyology: 2n= 46, variability in the range between 44-48 chromosomes, modal number

of chromosomes 46, normal human karyotype (46, XX), number of polyploid cells 0.6%.

Tumorigenicity: tumorigenic in nude mice
