subculture procedure - optimal population density 3.0-4.0105 cells/ml

Viability after cryoconservation: 75% (0 passage, dye trypan blue)

Sterility: tests for bacteria, fungi and mycoplasma were negative

Species: karyological and isoenzymological (LDH, G6PD) analysis

Karyology: 2n= 46, variability in the range between 43-48 chromosomes, modal number

of chromosomes 45, number of markers - 1 is in all cells; the most cells have an attenuation

chromosome number 1 and secondary constriction in chromosome number 16 (routine dye) (ATCC).

Plating efficiency: the cells cannot be plated (ATCC)

virus susceptibility: poliovirus 1; vesicular stomatitis (Indiana).

IgM secretion (lambda light chain).
