Viability after cryoconservation:     68% (0 passage, dye trypan blue)

Sterility: tests for bacteria, fungi and mycoplasma were negative

Species:  immunofluorescent and isoenzymological (LDH, G6PD) analysis

Karyology:   2n= 42, variability in the range between 34-58 chromosomes,

modal number of chromosomes 38-42.

Tumorigenicity:  tumorigenic in syngeneic animals
