Viability after cryoconservation:     80% (0 passage, dye trypan blue)

Sterility: tests for bacteria, fungi and mycoplasma were negative

Species: karyological and isoenzymological (LDH and G6PD) analysis

Karyology:   2n= 42, variability in the range between 39-45 chromosomes,

modal number of chromosomes 41, number of polyploid cells 26.0%.

Tumorigenicity:  tumorigenic in newborn rats.
