Viability after cryoconservation:     91% (0 passage, dye trypan blue)

Sterility: tests for bacteria, fungi and mycoplasma were negative

Species: karyological and isoenzymological (LDH, G6PD) analysis

Karyology:   2n= 40, variability in the range between 57-85 chromosomes,

77-78 chromosomes in 30% of cells, some cells have 1-3 microchromosomes.

Plating efficiency:    80%

Tumorigenicity:  tumorigenic in syngeneic animals
