Viability after cryoconservation:     75-95% (0 passage, dye trypan blue)

Sterility: tests for bacteria, fungi and mycoplasma were negative

Species: karyological and/or isoenzymological (LDH and G6PD) analysis

Karyology:   2n= 38, variability in the range between 56-68 chromosomes,

modal number of chromosomes 62.

Plating efficiency:    50-60%
